1. About Mantika

Mantika is a digital profile and contact-sharing service operated by Karmantika Insights Pvt Ltd.

Mantika allows individuals and businesses to create a profile that can be shared through a web link or QR code. Visitors may use the profile to view information and save contact details.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, creating a Mantika profile, or using the Mantika service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Mantika.

3. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account and for keeping your account information secure.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. If you believe that your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact us promptly.

4. Your profile and content

You retain responsibility for the information, photographs, links, descriptions, contact details, and other content that you publish through your Mantika profile.

You agree not to publish content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful.

You must have the necessary rights or permissions to use any content that you upload or publish.

5. Public information

A Mantika profile is designed to be shared. Information that you choose to publish as part of your public profile may therefore be visible to anyone who receives your profile link or scans your QR code.

Please do not publish information that you do not want to make publicly accessible.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Mantika to:

• impersonate another person or organisation;
• publish unlawful or fraudulent information;
• harass, threaten, or harm another person;
• infringe intellectual property or other legal rights;
• distribute malware, malicious code, or harmful material;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to Mantika or its systems;
• interfere with the normal operation of the service; or
• use the service for activities prohibited by applicable law.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Mantika available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, infrastructure issues, software updates, security requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These terms do not transfer ownership of Mantika or its underlying technology to you.

Mantika may rely on third-party infrastructure, authentication, hosting, analytics, payment, or other services. The availability of these services may affect certain Mantika features.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies, which may apply to your use of those services.

12. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Karmantika Insights Pvt Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, Mantika.

Your use of Mantika is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and handled.

15. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
